Mr. Vigoda is a partner at the law firm of Rubin and Rudman LLP in Boston. At Catalyst, Mr. Vigoda's primary roles are in the areas of investor relations and generating deal flow. Mr. Vigoda has been a practicing lawyer for more than two decades and a recognized expert in trust and estates, tax, and wealth planning.

Mr. Vigoda brings a significant professional network and expertise valuable in investor relations and opportunity assessment.
